Japanese Seven Spice (Shichimi Togarashi)

A common topping for ramen and a popular condiment in Japan. Also great in soups, stir fries, rice dishes, etc.

Ingredients: Dried chiles, sesame seeds, granulated orange peel, salt, granulated nori (seaweed) and spice.
