There is about 60 servings in 100g of our instant coffee. We haven't been weighing out portions but find that 1/2 tbsp of instant coffee to 1 cup water makes a nice cup of coffee.
You can make dalgona coffee with this instant coffee! Here is our recipe:
Whipped coffee topping (makes 5 servings - you can refrigerate leftovers for future drinks):- 5 tbsp instant coffee- 5 tbsp cane sugar- 5 tbsp hot water
Using an electric hand held mixer, whip the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water together for about 10 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Coconut cashew milk base (makes 2 servings) :- 2 tbsp raw cashews- 2 tbsp coconut milk powder- 2 cups water (can be cold or hot)
To make the coconut cashew milk, blend the raw cashews, coconut milk powder, and water in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy.
Top the milk base with the whipped coffee, take some instagram worthy photos, and enjoy!
